You will be:
- Working directly with our Client Reporting Analysts to complete projects for clients
- Assisting to create and review reports, charts, and tables
- Setting up new users in our reporting systems, changing user permissions, and removing old users
- Organizing digital files and documenting project details
- Working with data from customer surveys and employee surveys
- Formatting reporting dashboards and offline reports
- Reviewing open-ended comments from surveys and organizing them by theme
- Organizing and preparing data in large spreadsheets
- Collaborating internally with other team members to complete projects
- Working in a growing and fast-paced environment
- Working 20-30 hours per week, depending on your availability, spread across all 5 days of the work week
- Working a Monday-Friday schedule that you define starting at 7am each day
- Creating a schedule that is consistent from week-to-week

To work from home for Beyond Feedback you will:
- Have a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Arrange for dependent and/or child-care as if you were working at our office
- Permanently live within 35 miles of our office location at 7100 East Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ 85331
- Have high speed internet access with a minimum of 10mbps download and 5mbps upload
- Use company-issued computer hardware and software to perform your work
