Client Data Analyst  - Work from Home (Phoenix area)

At Beyond Feedback we are passionate about delivering insights to our clients that drive improvements in how they operate. We are looking for a full-time Client Data Analyst to join our cause. Do you enjoy immersing yourself in data with a keen eye for details? Do you know how to build complex formulas and SQL queries to extract or manipulate anything in Excel or other database programs? You are:
  • Energized and passionate about data integrity and accuracy
  • Trustworthy with confidential information and able to maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
  • Able to design and architect efficient and effective data structures and visualizations
  • Seasoned in data analytics with 5 or more years of practical, hands on the keyboard experience
  • Incredibly organized and efficient with personal time management
  • Known for your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Naturally self-motivated and able to work independently while also successful in a collaborative team environment

You will:
  • Directly responsible for managing sensitive data for our clients with 100% accuracy
  • The owner and go-to person for data structure, data integrity, data accuracy, and data visualization across assigned client projects
  • Cleaning and prepping client data so it is usable and useful to senior executives
  • Importing/exporting raw data files to our databases, ensuring accuracy throughout the process
  • Working in advanced online data visualization tools like Zoho Analytics or Tableau
  • Ensuring the ongoing accuracy and integrity of our data tables
  • Documenting data structures/SQL code and working in an organized change management environment
  • Documenting changes to client workspaces to ensure all team members understand updates/changes
  • Setting up initial data workspaces and managing the systematic conversion of older workspaces to the latest versions
  • Responsible for making improvements to workspace templates in support of product development
  • Creating and maintaining data integrations between our back-end systems
  • Producing reports and executive summaries that are used by senior executives
  • Presenting your analysis to c-suite level leaders via Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx or other web meeting platforms
  • Serving client executive leaders and team members with responsive customer service to equip them with data they need
  • Linking and joining data tables together to create richer insights and more powerful data connections
  • Collaborating internally with other team members to assist in completing projects
  • Working in a growing and fast-paced environment

Required skills and qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • At least 5 years of data analytics experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using the Zoho Analytics platform
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and prioritize workflow
  • Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectives
  • A proactive approach to resolving issues, policy adherence, and driving organization initiatives

Beyond Feedback provides a comprehensive suite of benefits in addition to salary for our full-time staff, including medical/dental/vision coverage (with fully paid employee medical coverage after 5 years), life insurance, gym reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, vacation time, and more. We value our team members' time off with 15 1/2 paid holidays plus Birthday Friday and 2 Rest and Reprieve days. Plus - we pay you a $2,000 vacation allowance to use as you choose after year 4 – that’s right we pay you to go on vacation. We even pay you to give back to your community and volunteer at a place of your choosing two days per year.

​Our work-from-home policy requires the following: You must work from your primary residence that is located within 35 miles of our Scottsdale, Arizona, office so you can easily attend teambuilding events that occur throughout the year. You must have reliable internet service at your home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.

Job Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Monday through Friday (work-from-home position - must live within 35 miles of our Scottsdale, Arizona, office)
Starting Pay: $70,000-$110,000 per year / depending on experience
All newly hired employees are subject to background check and E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
