You must have a dedicated work space at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
Job Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Monday through Friday (work-from-home position - must live within 35 miles of our office)
Starting Pay: Depends on experience

- Experienced in leading customer and/or employee insights and analysis projects

You will be:
- Working closely with clients to gather project requirements, timeline, and deliverable information
- Transforming broad client objectives into well-defined project requirements
- Partnering with your assigned Client Success Coordinator to manage every detail of project delivery
- Leading virtual client meetings to collaborate on objectives, project details, and delivery timelines
- Providing consultative support to clients throughout the project to resolve their questions
- Providing business-relevant and data-driven recommended action items to clients
- Leading client results presentations to audiences consisting of VP level leaders through c-suite leaders
- Partnering with Client Data Analyst in results presentations serving as the emcee and executive consultant
- Assigning action items, issues, and tasks to team members and ensuring their timely delivery
- Sharing ready-built templates with clients and creating new documents to support clients when needed
- Leading communication with external clients and internal experts
- Reviewing all final documents and deliverables for client business relevance
- Communicating to management schedule challenges, bottlenecks, and resource needs for projects
- Serving as the voice of the client to internal operational teams and management
- Defining project profitability and time budgets for operational teams
- Managing timeline and project status details for many projects at once (up to 30 projects at a time)
- Providing support to strategic initiatives and new product development cycles
- Communicating with clients when project requests are out of scope and providing optional services with corresponding costs to accommodate their needs
- Delivering a positive and friendly can-do attitude with clients in every interaction
- Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities for clients and handing off to Account Executives to close
- Working in a growing and fast-paced environment
