You are:

• Energized and passionate about obtaining the highest levels of data accuracy and efficient work processes
• A proven leader of technical teams, known for your ability to motivate others while holding them accountable
• Exceptional in your communication and interpersonal skills
• Seasoned in database management, data movement, data linkages, and data visualization
• Known for your ability to synthesize customer and employee data into strategic insights that guide business decisions
• Well versed in key principles of customer experience management and employee experience management
• Able to combine quantitative and qualitative
• Knowledgeable about how to use predictive analytics and machine learning to bring insight to business challenges
• Aware of normative data benchmarking techniques and the pros/cons of their application
• Incredibly organized and efficient with personal time management
• Trustworthy with confidential information and able to maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity

 
You will be:

• Leading teams to deliver reporting excellence across employee experience and customer experience projects
• Responsible for leading, mentoring, and training a small team of technical and non-technical team members
• Identifying team talent needs, partnering with Human Resources to recruit the right talent for open positions
• Onboarding new team members ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to be successful in their role
• Owning our data reporting environment from initial data table uploads through to completed print and online reporting
• Creating and managing our insights and analytics vision, setting the future direction for our reporting templates and processes
• Designing a variety of tools, templates, and automations to support our client reporting teams
• An owner and go-to person for data structure, data integrity, data accuracy, and data visualization across client projects
• Linking and joining data tables together to create richer insights and more powerful data connections
• Providing quality reviews to team members to ensure data accuracy of online and offline reporting systems
• Working in advanced online data visualization tools like Zoho Analytics, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Documenting data structures/SQL code for analysis templates and working in an organized change management environment
• Creating initial data workspaces for team members and managing the systematic conversion of old workspaces to latest versions
• Serving team members with responsive customer service to equip them with support they need to respond to client requests
• Staying up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques to enable our team to maintain our leading-edge status with clients
• Collaborating internally with team members in other functional areas to assist in completing projects
• Working in a growing and fast-paced environment

 
You're the perfect fit if:

• You’re experienced working in data analytics/insights within a company that has fewer than 100 total employees
• Generating actionable insights out of large, complex data sets is your personal happy place
• Your go-to dinner party topic is the proper use of a nested pivot/unpivot in SQL queries
• You have some kind of a collection of things at home that you've recorded in a database and you've built a data dictionary for it
• 'Data' is your middle name and your parents couldn't decide between that and 'Excellence'

Our work-from-home policy requires the following remote work capabilities: You must work from your primary residence that is located within 35 miles of our office. You must have reliable internet service at your home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
