You must have reliable internet service at your home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
Job Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Monday through Friday (work-from-home position - must live within 35 miles of our Scottsdale, Arizona, office)
Starting Pay: $100,000-$130,000 per year / depending on experience

You are:
- Energized and passionate about data integrity and accuracy
- Trustworthy with confidential information and able to maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Able to design and deliver high quality webcast presentations to executive audiences
- Seasoned in data analytics with 5 or more years of practical, hands-on experience
- Incredibly organized and efficient with personal time management
- Known for your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Naturally self-motivated and able to work independently while also successful in a collaborative team environment
You will be:
- Responsible for leading, managing, and holding accountable (LMA) a team of data analysts
- Planning and organizing work projects and balancing workloads across the team
- Overseeing data structure, data standards, data integrity, data accuracy, and data visualization across clients
- Reviewing the work product of data analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Setting up initial data workspaces and managing the systematic conversion of older workspaces to the latest versions
- Working in advanced online data visualization tools like Zoho Analytics or Tableau
- Conducting advanced data analytics including regression modeling, linkages across data sets, and statistical analyses
- Linking and joining data tables together to create richer insights and more powerful data connections for client projects and internal reports
- Producing executive summary reports by uncovering trends, patterns, and anomalies that align with client business objectives
- Presenting your analysis to c-suite level leaders via Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx or other web meeting platforms with professionalism, poise, and polish
- Providing responsive customer service and follow-up for c-suite leaders to equip them with data they need
- Collaborating internally with other leaders and team members to assist in completing projects
- Working in a growing and fast-paced environment
Required skills and qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least 5 years of data analytics experience
- Minimum 2 years managing a team of data professionals; bonus points if you’ve led a team using the EOS toolkit
- Minimum 2 years of experience using the Zoho Analytics platform
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and prioritize workflow
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectives
- A proactive approach to resolving issues, policy adherence, and driving organization initiatives
