You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
Job Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Monday through Friday (work-from-home position - must live within 35 miles of our Scottsdale, Arizona, office)
Starting Pay: $100,000-$130,000 per year / depending on experience

You are:
- Energized and passionate about data integrity and accuracy

- Able to design and deliver high quality webcast presentations to executive audiences
- Seasoned in data analytics with 5 or more years of practical, hands-on experience
- Known for your exceptional leadership in developing high-performing teams
- Skilled at improving processes and holding people accountable for following those processes
- Incredibly organized and efficient with personal and team time management
You will be:
- Responsible for leading, managing, and holding accountable (LMA) a team of database administrators and analysts
- Planning and organizing work projects and balancing workloads across the team
- Overseeing data structure, data standards, data integrity, data accuracy, and data visualization across client projects
- Reviewing the work product of database administrators and analysts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Setting up initial data workspaces and managing the systematic conversion of older workspaces to the latest versions in a data visualization tool
- Conducting advanced data analytics, including regression modeling, linkages across data sets, and statistical analyses
- Linking and joining data tables together to create richer insights and more powerful data connections for client projects and internal reports
- Producing executive summary reports by uncovering trends, patterns, and anomalies that align with client business objectives
- Presenting your analysis to c-suite leaders via Zoom, MS Teams, or other web meeting platforms with professionalism, poise, and polish
- Providing responsive customer service and follow-up for c-suite leaders to equip them with data they need
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s internal reports
- Collaborating internally with other leaders and team members to assist in completing projects
- Training internal and external stakeholders
- Working in a growing and fast-paced environment
Required skills and qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of advanced data analytics experience
- Minimum 2 years managing a team of data professionals; bonus points if you’ve led a team using the EOS toolkit
- Minimum 2 years of experience using a data visualization tool like Tableau; bonus points for Zoho platform experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate statistical analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, time management skills, and communication skills
- A track record of developing high-performing teams through regular training, coaching, and holding people accountable
- Ability to engage with all levels of an organization, being particularly adept at the c-level, in the presentation of insights and other training sessions
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence while motivating and coaching others to do the same
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectives
- A proactive approach to resolving issues, enforcing policy adherence, driving organizational initiatives, and implementing process improvements
