F/T Systems Administrator - Work-From-Home (Phoenix Area Only)

Our work-from-home policy requires the following remote work capabilities: You must work from your primary residence that is located within 35 miles of our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
Job Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Monday through Friday (work-from-home position - must live within 35 miles of our office)
Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 per year depending on experience

You are:
- Gifted in speaking plain language about technology and software
- Able to automate data movements and other repetitive tasks
- A quick learner who is easily able to adapt to new systems
- Easily excited by terms like OAuth, Rest API, cloud computing, and data visualization
- Invigorated by the thought of keeping things organized and efficient
- Energized and passionate about data security
- Known for your amazing problem-solving skills
- Intermediate in your Python skills and SQL skills
- Intermediate to advanced in your Excel skills
- Experienced in Salesforce.com Flow Builder, Workflow Rules, and data structure
- A professional with 3 or more years of practical, hands-on software/programming experience
- Experienced using data visualization tools like Zoho, Tableau, and PowerBI
You will be:
- Improving and maintaining the company’s software infrastructure
- Problem solving issues that occur across a variety of systems and applications
- Developing new tools and automations to systematize processes
- Programming needed internal and external integrations and APIs
- Managing user access to our systems for internal employees and external clients
- Building internal reports for management and documenting IT-related activities
- Continuing to develop and maintain key infrastructure systems that make our business run smoothly
- Refining the web design of survey tools, making minor edits to HTML/CSS
- Creating logic in surveys to direct survey takers to the right questions
- Creating data flows between our survey platform, Salesforce.com, and reporting systems
- Using Excel to manage and prepare email lists for surveys
- Managing custom-designed survey campaigns from launch to completion
