You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
Job Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Monday through Friday (work-from-home position - must live within 35 miles of our Scottsdale, Arizona, office)
Starting Pay: $65,000-$85,000 per year / depending on experience

You are:
- An HR professional gifted in working with leaders to create an engaged and collaborative culture
- Experienced in supporting employees and business functions across an organization
- Known for your ability to move projects forward through careful planning, communication, and follow-up
- Proficient in HR tools (HRIS, recruiting software, insurance carrier sites, etc.)
- Incredibly organized and efficient, yet adaptable and flexible
- Known for your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy with confidential information and able to maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
- A professional with 3 or more years of practical, hands-on HR Generalist experience
You will:
- Oversee a broad range of key Human Resource responsibilities
- Administer company benefits, including open enrollment, new hire enrollment, enrollment changes, vendor relationships, employee communications, and COBRA
- Lead and manage all payroll operations, including bi-weekly/off cycle payroll processing, tax compliance, wage deductions, expense reimbursements, and time off
- Maintain the HRIS system regarding employee data, compensation, deductions, time off accruals, and reporting
- Handle employee inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service
- Support talent strategy efforts, including full-cycle recruiting, retention, and succession planning, to meet current and future workforce needs
- Onboard/offboard all employees to ensure a successful transition into and out of the organization
- Partner with leaders/managers to coordinate involuntary and voluntary employee separations, employee leave requests, and returns to work
- Oversee the performance review processes, goal-setting initiatives, and employee development programs
- Support performance by addressing performance issues, providing coaching on corrective actions, and assisting in writing/reviewing proper documentation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Maintain and develop HR policies and related content to support ongoing business needs and regulatory changes
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Possess knowledge and skill in interpreting and applying state and federal rules and regulations related to the management of human resources
- Review current HR trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives that create a positive work environment and reflect the company’s vision and values
- Lead the development, refinement, and optimization of HR tools, processes, and systems
- Take on special projects and initiatives as assigned to enhance HR functions and support organizational objectives
Required skills and qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR Generalist function
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- HRIS system experience required
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence and prioritize workflow
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgement, discretion, and decision-making consistent with organizational objectives
- A proactive approach to resolving issues, policy adherence, and driving organization initiatives
