Michelle Taylor - Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner

Michelle is a Managing Partner of Beyond Feedback.  Michelle has over 20 years of management, finance and operations experience.  Michelle's experience prior to launching Beyond Feedback in 2009 includes: 
  • President of AdAge Information Service, an advertising research and analytics firm
  • Category Development Management for PetsMart
  • Sales Operations for First Brands (Glad), M&M/Mars, The Coca-Cola Company, and Unilever
  • Various Board of Directors and executive roles in local and international non-profit agencies

Michelle uses her experience to support Beyond Feedback's clients by managing business operations.  Her project management, organizational, and management expertise enables the company to create an outstanding client experience that generates referrals and ongoing relationships.  Her responsive attitude, strategic vision, and attention to detail are reflected in the company's ability to meet and exceed client expectations.  Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and as a part of the President's Fellowship.

George Taylor - President and Managing Partner

George is a Managing Partner of Beyond Feedback.  George has over 20 years of marketing, sales and service experience.  George's experience prior to joining Beyond Feedback in 2011 includes: 
  • Vice President of Sales and Service Execution with USAA (#139 on Fortune 500 and a financial services leader)
  • Vice President of Customer Excellence with Cardinal Health (#19 on the Fortune 500 and a healthcare leader)
  • The Coca-Cola Company (#57 on the Fortune 500 and a consumer products leader)
  • Stanley/Black & Decker (#245 on the Fortune 500 and a consumer & industrial tools leader)
  • Advantage Sales & Marketing (a $1B consumer products sales & marketing agency)

George works directly with our clients and uses the insights and expertise he gained from his Fortune 500 experiences to help clients gain competitive advantage in their markets.  His approachable style, responsive attitude, and ability to synthesize complex analytical challenges into easy-to-understand business opportunities have been a mark of his career.  George holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Master's of Business Administration in Finance, both from Western International University.  George also earned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Villanova University.
