Administrative Assistant (Report Design Specialist)

• Energized by visualizing data

• Known as the expert on spelling, grammar, and punctuation among your friends

You will be:

• Developing new design variations of charts, graphs, and layouts based on our product development schedule
  
• Formatting active reports to match current design standards
  
• Categorizing comments for reporting
  
• Providing PowerPoint report production when needed
  
• Creating final print production of active reports
  
• Coordinating product development improvement initiatives throughout our teams
  
• Working on strategic and client initiatives as assigned
  
• Collaborating internally with other team members to complete projects for clients
• Working in a growing and fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time 7:00am-4:00pm office position (currently work-from-home due to COVID-19)
Starting pay: $41,600 to $49,920 / year depending on experience
