- Experienced in designing forms and templates to capture data
- Incredibly organized and efficient with personal time management
- Logical and analytical – able to break processes down into a series of steps
- Known for your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

You will be:
- Working directly with our Survey Design Specialist to complete projects for clients
- Refining the web design of survey tools, making minor edits to HTML/CSS
- Creating logic in surveys to direct survey takers to the right questions
- Creating data flows between our survey platform and reporting systems
- Creating and managing reports in Salesforce.com
- Using Excel to manage and prepare email lists for surveys
- Managing custom-designed survey campaigns from launch to completion
- Building email, text, and phone campaigns to send messages to survey participants
- Building and editing survey questions with direction from internal client account executive and client's leadership team
- Testing surveys prior to launch
- Preparing documentation and materials related to survey launches, reminders, and closes
- Collaborating internally with other team members on projects
- Managing and prioritizing several projects at once to ensure quality delivery
- Working in a growing and fast-paced office environment
- Working 20-30 hours per week, depending on your availability, spread across all 5 days of the work week
- Working a Monday-Friday schedule that you define starting at 7am each day
- Creating a schedule that is consistent from week-to-week

To work from home for Beyond Feedback you will:
- Have a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Arrange for dependent and/or child-care as if you were working at our office
- Permanently live within 35 miles of our office location at 3500 East Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ 85331
- Have high speed internet access with a minimum of 10 mbps download and 5 mpbs upload
- Use company-issued computer hardware and software to perform your work
